Summary
This volume collects the contents of Nova (2015 relaunch, Vol. 6) #3, a single issue in the series and the third volume overall; no official Chinese publication information is available beyond this bilingual edition. The story follows Sam Alexander, a teenager from Arizona who inherits his father's black Nova helmet and becomes the youngest and least experienced member of the Nova Corps. In this volume he is drawn into a battlefield in New York and joins forces with the All-New, All-Different Avengers; Spider-Man Miles Morales and Ms. Marvel Kamala Khan make cameo appearances, and the conflict between the underworld and Nova forces Sam to shuttle back and forth between his duties as a hero and his life as a teenager. Meanwhile, Sam is still searching for his missing father, and the secrets of the Nova Corps intertwine with his family troubles on Earth, forming the main thread of his adventures at this stage. Compared with earlier works, Nova at this stage places greater emphasis on the growth of a young hero: a kid in a black helmet, only half understanding what he is doing, gradually learns to shoulder responsibility amid cosmic-level crises. This is the third volume in the series and is best read in sequence with the volumes before and after it to see the full arc of Sam's journey from bumbling novice to true hero.
Editor's review

FAQ
