Who we are

On this site you can look up a book's title, author, publisher, ISBN, summary and table of contents, plus the sources listed by the “Search all sources” lookup in your browser on each book page. Our goal is simple: when you want to read a book but do not know where to find it or which edition is worth reading, there should be a place that answers immediately.

Where the data comes from

All data shown here comes from publicly accessible information online (public catalogs from booksellers and publishers, open libraries and open-license projects). It is collected, filtered, cleaned and de-duplicated by our own automation before entering the search index.

Given the volume of bibliographic data, categorization and summary editing rely heavily on AI and automation, so some details may be inaccurate (a category may be imprecise, for example). If you spot a problem, please email us — we keep fixing and improving.

About “Search all sources”

Every source on a book page is listed by the “Search all sources” lookup: you start the lookup and the program runs in your browser, which sends requests straight to each third-party site — this site never fetches or crawls them itself. This site is only an index — we do not store or provide any files, and we do not determine licensing status. What you can get depends on those sites. Please judge their safety and legality yourself, and be wary of anything that asks for payment or sensitive information.

Rights and content removal

If you are a rights holder and believe content shown here should not be indexed, please contact us by email (saltyleo#tstrs.me; replace # with @). We verify and handle valid requests promptly.
