This volume is issue #14 of the fifth volume of Superboy, published in January 2013 during the New 52 era, titled "The Face of H'el." It is the first full chapter of the Superman-family crossover event "H'el on Earth" (the prelude appeared in Superman #13). The story follows Superman #13: a mysterious figure claiming to be from Krypton, H'el, arrives on Earth and regards Kon-El, the Superboy bred by the organization N.O.W.H.E.R.E., as "a stain on the House of El"—in Kryptonian belief, clones are a forbidden existence. H'el first attacks Superboy in the city; the Teen Titans (Bunker, Kid Flash, Wonder Girl, Solstice, and others) rush to help but are easily repelled by H'el's psychic storm.
