World Embryo Vol. 7

Summary
This is Volume 7 of the World Embryo series, corresponding to the Japanese edition World Embryo 7: Sudachi. F.L.A.G. members go on full alert to seal off cell phones, the medium of infection, but the crisis does not end there: cell phones are no longer the only route of transmission, and Karasawa still succeeds in rewriting humans into Hitsugi. Meanwhile, the awakening of the powerful Hitsugi Enndo makes the situation even more dire. Amami Riku and the others must make a decision in a very short time and find a way to deal with her; whether Otone can return safely to everyone remains an open question. This volume collects Chapters 48, "The Night Before," through 55, "WORLDEND・NEVEREND," and is billed as "the longest day in F.L.A.G. history"—a pivotal volume that bridges what comes before and after.
Editor's review

Reading tips
