Volume 60

Summary
This volume is Volume 60 of the "07" series, i.e., the Chinese web-serialized installments of Smallville Season Eleven. That series is the official sequel comic launched by DC Comics in 2012 after the CW's long-running television show Smallville (2001–2011) concluded its ten-season run. Written by head writer Bryan Q. Miller, it continues the lives of Clark Kent, Lois Lane, Oliver Queen, and others after the show's finale, filling in the imaginative space fans were left with once the series ended. Because this volume is a fan-circulated Chinese web installment, the exact issues and plot contained in a single volume are difficult to verify page by page, so nothing here is invented: readers may understand this volume as one episode in the series' progression, carrying forward plot threads from earlier installments and continuing the story of Superman as a fledgling hero gradually maturing into the hero he is meant to be. This is Volume 60 of the series; first-time readers are advised to start from earlier in the series to preserve continuity, or to use the volume list to locate the plot.
Editor's review
