Terror Wanted Order

Terror Wanted Order is a horror thriller novel by the web author Tan Zhi Yi Xiao Jian, serialized on Zongheng Chinese from 2012. It is the second work in the author's "Extremely Terrifying Trilogy," roughly 1.45 million characters long, in twelve volumes and more than five hundred chapters. The core premise is a "cursed wanted order": the moment a chosen person receives the wanted order, their fate is locked, and they can only passively choose to struggle to live or die a miserable death. The only way to survive is to complete, one after another, the horrifying missions issued by the wanted order—mission settings shift constantly among multiple eerie environments such as a ghost amusement park, a terrifying cinema, and Saw-style enclosed spaces, and participants must find the way out hidden behind rules and common sense within the time limit, solving deadly traps through logical reasoning and attention to detail. The protagonist, Zhang Fengyu, is a university student with a photographic memory and extremely high intelligence; after being drawn into the curse, he gradually grows from a passive survivor into the team's captain and core, leading a group of strangers through repeated death games amid betrayal, sacrifice, and interpersonal entanglements. The work abandons the conventional infinite-flow enhancement and leveling system, focusing instead on ordinary people's intellectual contests and the tension of human nature in desperate straits, creating an oppressive, suffocating horror atmosphere through independent yet interconnected unit missions. The story finally reveals how the protagonist escapes the curse and plants seeds for the origin of the cursed world.
