Bizarro Vol. 3

Summary
This volume is issue 3 of DC's six-issue miniseries Bizarro (released August 19, 2015), written by Heath Corson and drawn by Gustavo Duarte. The story continues Bizarro and Jimmy Olsen's road trip across America—the imperfect Superman clone who says everything backwards and does everything in reverse, traveling with his giant chicken Bigfoot pet Colin from Metropolis to "Bizarro America" (actually Canada). At this stop, the two stumble into a Western ghost town called Ol' Gold Gulch, home to hundreds of peacefully coexisting ghost residents. By comparison, humans look like the "ghosts" to these two protagonists. Bounty hunter Chastity Hex is pursuing fugitive Jeremiah Blackhess when she crosses paths with this odd couple. Soon the long-dead outlaw "Parrot" Papagayo and his ghost gang storm the town to do mischief, forcing Bizarro, Jimmy, and Chastity into a midnight showdown. Papagayo even possesses Bizarro, sending the collision between this Superman-level power and the ghost world completely out of control, and bringing in a scar-faced old acquaintance. The whole issue continues the series' all-ages slapstick style, winning with a single-issue road adventure, dense DC easter eggs, and Silver Age absurdist humor.
Editor's review

Reading tips
FAQ
