Benevolence Rules the World is a fantasy web novel of roughly 2.5 million Chinese characters across 605 completed chapters, set in a parallel otherworld continent and written by Luoshui Zhi Shang. It was serialized on Baidu Novels and later carried on iQIYI's fiction channel. The protagonist, Xiao Chen, is an ordinary and kindhearted young man whose soul descends to the underworld after an accident.
