Thereafter, Han Tao thrives in the city thanks to this divine pen: the objects he draws can resolve life's predicaments and also come to the rescue in moments of crisis, while wealth, status, social connections, and troubles arrive one after another. Female characters such as Qin Yue, Fang Piaopiao, Yue Tiantian, Chen Cunxin, and Lin Chu also appear in succession, becoming entangled in his daily life. The work blends common male-oriented web fiction tropes such as the system genre, supernatural powers, and pretending to be a pig to eat the tiger. It moves at a brisk pace, with wildly imaginative ideas, using the golden finger of "draw whatever you want and get it" to generate constant humor and reversals. It is a typical lighthearted power-fantasy novel.
