Chen Baojian

Chen Baojian, born in 1979 in Xuzhou, Jiangsu, holds a doctorate in law from Peking University and is a professor there. He currently serves as Executive Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Peking University and Secretary of the Party Committee of its Health Science Center, and has long been engaged in university Party building and management.
