Guomai is a byline mainly associated with book planning and publishing; public information is limited, and its identity and personal background cannot yet be confirmed. Judging from the twenty works held in the collection, Guomai's editing and planning span several fields: popular science for general readers, literary anthologies, and adaptations of classics. In popular science, the volumes of the Scientists Who Changed the World series cover astronomy, physics, biology, medicine, and mathematics, introducing scientific knowledge through figures and discoveries. On traditional culture, the comic adaptation of The Thirty-Six Stratagems retells ancient strategy in words and images. Literary titles include anthologies such as Short Classics by Nobel Masters and Great Chinese Short Stories, alongside world classics and modern poetry. Overall, Guomai's publications lean toward knowledge popularization and classic reading, with diverse subjects and an emphasis on readability and presentation for ordinary readers.
