Yu Liji is an author about whom little public information is available. His confirmed works to date consist of two titles, Youth Sniper and The Land of Qingqiu. Judging from their subject matter, his writing spans two clearly distinct directions: one involves youth literature, while the other enters the imaginative space of a world beyond the ordinary. This cross-genre choice suggests that the author is not confined to a single category but explores both realistic youth themes and fantastical realms. Because no clear records exist regarding his biography, nationality, dates of birth and death, it is not yet possible to trace his creative development or overall stylistic trajectory, and reliable material on his writing philosophy and literary influence is lacking. For readers who wish to learn about this author, the most direct path currently remains reading Youth Sniper and The Land of Qingqiu, and sensing his narrative orientation and thematic interests through the works themselves.
