Your Majesty, Stop It is an original boys' love novel by Lüye Qianhe, serialized on Jinjiang Literature City. It launched in August 2015, concluded in December of the same year, and runs about 350,000 characters across more than 120 chapters. The story uses a "past-to-present" premise: Emperor Jingyuan of the Great Yu dynasty, Yu Jintang, devoted himself to governing well and expanding his realm, yet drew relentless criticism for insisting on making Vice Minister of Revenue Song Xiao the first male empress in the dynasty's history. Later, treacherous ministers colluded with foreign tribes and assassinated him. Song Xiao, a prodigy who passed the provincial examination at fourteen and was named top scholar by the previous emperor at seventeen, died alongside him. When the two open their eyes again, they are in the twenty-first century.
