Catwoman Vol. 4 #18

This is issue #18 of DC's New 52 Catwoman series (Catwoman Vol. 4), also titled "He Said, She Said" and part of the "Batman: Requiem" crossover. Several paintings regarded as symbols of Gotham are stolen from the Gotham Museum, leaving only blank outlines on the walls. Batman believes Catwoman set a trap to draw him out, tracks her to her motorcycle, and demands she return the paintings. Selina has already spent the payment, and when she delivers the paintings to her employer alone, she discovers he never intended to resell them and wants to keep them for himself. The two have a confrontation on a bridge that is both a fight and a confession: Batman vents his nameless fury on his helmet, while Catwoman forces him to face his emotions and admits that the Joker came to her too. She finally throws the crushed helmet off the bridge and falls into his arms, only to be pushed away. Back at her place, Selina concludes that her fence Gwen has been detained by Detective Alvarez, so she fakes a mugging, slips into GCPD headquarters to plant a micro-camera, and picks up contacts for street figures such as Rat-Tail along the way. That night she breaks into her employer's place and steals the paintings back; Batman sees on the news that she returned them but still worries that the night has damaged their relationship.
