Kick-Ass 2 is the direct sequel to Kick-Ass, created by Mark Millar and John Romita Jr. The series ran for seven issues, published by Marvel's Icon imprint (Millarworld) between 2010 and 2012. A word of caution: this is a Mature title with a large cast, including members of the Justice Forever team, villain teams, and Dave's family and friends.
