For today's readers, several aspects are especially worth reading: first, the management of visceral miscellaneous diseases and gynecological conditions—such as infertility, dysmenorrhea, hyperemesis gravidarum, and postpartum fever—where the cases are written in detail and the modifications clearly explained; second, the diagnostic and treatment reviews appended to each chapter, which place individual cases back into the context of historical literature, effectively providing a mini literature review with the book; third, the inclusion of several rare cases—such as pleural mesothelioma, silicosis, and toxic sequelae—long-term follow-up records rarely seen even in Western hospitals.
