Gao Meng is an associate professor at the School of Pharmacy, Dalian Medical University, and has long been involved in compiling study guides for the National Licensed Pharmacist Qualification Examination. Public information about her is limited: her dates of birth and death, academic background and personal experience are not clearly documented, and the available information mainly concerns her teaching and her work on examination preparation books. Judging from the six titles held in the collection, Gao Meng's writing centers on the licensed pharmacist qualification examination, covering the Professional Knowledge (I) subject in both Chinese pharmacy and pharmacy, and she has taken part in compiling several sets of final-sprint mock test papers. She co-edited Pharmacy Professional Knowledge (I) and Chinese Pharmacy Professional Knowledge (I) with Tian Yan, among other books, all published by China Press of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Her books are aimed at exam candidates, closely follow the syllabus and testing requirements, and combine knowledge review with mock practice, giving them practical value among licensed pharmacist exam preparation materials.
