Chen Hengmin is an author about whom very little public information is available. Her nationality, life story, and writing background have not been clearly recorded. One work by this author is held in the collection, titled She Accuses, which is classified under folk literature, suggesting a connection to folk narrative, oral tradition, or grassroots life themes. Judging from the title, the work may center on women's circumstances and appeals, carrying a narrative tone of accusation and grievance, and reflecting folk literature's attention to ordinary people's fates and lived experience. Owing to the lack of further biographical material, a full picture of her writing and literary standing cannot be determined; readers may turn to the text of She Accuses itself to appreciate its mode of expression and thematic orientation within the tradition of folk literature.
