Public information about Xie Anbing is limited. The library currently holds two works by this author, one on management and one on food, namely Day Dong Understands You: 50 Cases of Day Dong's Business Management and Tasty 05. Judging from their subjects, Xie Anbing's writing spans restaurant management and food culture. The former uses concrete cases to sort out the business management experience of a restaurant brand, with an emphasis on practice and applicability; the latter centers on the theme of "tasty," focusing on food itself and the experience of eating, and is written for more everyday reading. Though aimed at different readers, the two works together show the author's sustained observation of and interest in the restaurant industry. Because information such as dates of birth and death, nationality, and professional experience cannot be confirmed, no speculation is offered here; this note merely briefly describes the orientation of the published works for readers' reference.
