Jinguang Hu

Jinguang Hu was born in February 1960 in Huangshan, Anhui Province. He holds a doctorate in law and is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the Renmin University of China Law School, as well as a Wu Yuzhang Senior Chair Professor. He also serves as vice president of the Constitutional Law Research Association of the China Law Society. His research focuses on constitutional law and administrative law. He has published more than 260 articles and has served as chief editor of several national-level planning textbooks, accumulating long experience in legal education and academic research. Five of his works are included in the database, all volumes of the journal Research on Recording and Review, covering issues from 2021 to 2024. These works center on the recording and review system and reflect his sustained attention to constitutional and administrative law. His writing is oriented toward institutional research and addresses legal professionals, with his edited textbooks and journal volumes offering reference points for teaching and research in related fields.
