胡伟

Hu Wei, a native of Hua County, Henan Province, is a professor in the Department of Chinese at Jinan University, a postdoctoral fellow of Fudan University, and president of the Guangdong Writing Society. He has long studied linguistics and writing studies, authoring academic works such as A Study of the Hua County Dialect in Henan and A Study of Verbs in Western Han Documents, and has published, edited, or served as general editor of 46 books, building solid achievements in language research and writing instruction. His works fall into two categories: exam preparation and social fiction. The former includes An Analysis of Model Essays from the High School Entrance Exam and Practical Writing, aimed at students' writing training and real-world application; the latter is the novel We Are on the Road, published in 2025. Public information is limited, and the full picture of his literary creation awaits more works, yet his existing output already shows his effort to extend academic writing experience into literary expression.
