Wang Sen

Wang Sen, whose original name is Wang Jisong, was born in Jiangsu in May 1968. He is a nationally recognized master of baking and pastry and an international judge, as well as the founder of the Wang Sen International Coffee, Pastry and Western Cuisine College. He has been engaged in pastry technology research and development for more than twenty years and has written and published over two hundred food-related books, covering cake decorating, Western cuisine, iced drinks and other titles in his pastry classroom series. His book Popular Pastries won a World Cookbook Award in 2017. Seven of his works are included in this catalog; besides food titles, they also cover popular science topics such as online gas and water quality analyzers, online analytical sample handling technology, and books on examinations and education. His food writing emphasizes skill instruction and practical demonstration for baking learners and professionals, while his science and education works reflect his continuing attention to technical application and teaching innovation.
