About the author

Wang Huayu is an author for whom limited public information is available, and whose works in the library fall mainly within two fields: law and human resource management. Judging from the three titles held, he attends both to the practical operation of labor law and to a comparative study of tax law across the Taiwan Strait, while also extending into the design of systems, contracts, processes and forms for corporate human resource management. His writing is practically oriented, combining legal provisions with real cases and management tools. For example, Practical Operation and Case Analysis of the Labor Contract Law has reached its seventh revised edition, and the practical HR toolbox has likewise been issued in a sixth revised edition, suggesting that the content is continually revised and updated and that there is steady reader demand. The comparative tax law study, included in a tax law research series, reflects his academic interest in taxation. Overall, his works balance professional depth with operability and are suitable for legal practitioners and HR professionals.
