About the author

Wang Fang is an author about whom limited public information is available; only five works are known to exist under this name, spanning a range of genres. The representative titles include works with elements of social fiction and foreign literature, such as The Lost Star Array and The Donkey Climbs the Tree, as well as a theoretical study of film culture, The Shining Idea of Light and Shadow: A Study of Film Culture in Belt and Road Countries. At the same time, A Technical Manual for Artwork Detection and Analysis and Computer Network Technology and Applications show that the author's reach extends to technical applications and examination-oriented materials. The writing therefore combines literary imagination with knowledge popularization, covers a wide range of subjects, and adjusts its style to suit each type of work. Moving among fiction, theory, and technical manuals, it is difficult to identify a single unified personal signature, yet the breadth of the author's editorial involvement is evident.
