毛叶枫

Mao Yefeng is a Chinese translator working mainly in the field of Chinese translation of foreign literature. Publicly available information about her is limited, and the library holds two related works. She has translated Miracle by the Japanese director Hirokazu Kore-eda and Kirin Kiki: Such a Precious Person, bringing Japanese film- and literature-related texts into narratives accessible to Chinese readers. She has also participated in translating the "Imaginist Classic Biographies of Great Artists" series (eight volumes), which concerns biographies of foreign artistic figures. Judging from her existing works, her translation choices focus largely on Japanese literature and artistic biographies. Her translations serve as a bridge that conveys overseas works and life stories to Chinese readers, giving them access to creative works and life records from different cultural backgrounds.
