Liang Yue

Public information about Liang Yue is limited, and the works in the library together with the existing profile indicate that this byline corresponds to two authors with different identities. One graduated with a degree in Japanese and now works full-time as a translator of Japanese books, having translated Nakajima Atsushi's The Moon over the Mountain and other works, and is categorized under foreign literature. The other is an associate professor at Shanghai University of Political Science and Law and a Doctor of Law, whose research focuses on administrative law; this person edited the Compilation of Historical Materials on Administrative Law (1949–1965), in two volumes on tax administrative law and commercial administrative law, a legal work of historical material compilation. Although they share the same name, their writing falls respectively in the translation of Japanese literature and the compilation of historical materials on Chinese administrative law, so readers should distinguish them by the category of the works.
