桂东

Gui Dong: publicly available information about this author is limited, and their writing centers mainly on the practical work of Party branches. Judging from the three works held in the collection, Gui Dong has long focused on grassroots Party organization building and compiled Regulations and Methods for Party Branch Work, which has a 2017 edition and a 2019 revision. The book is a political reader that takes the daily work of Party branches as its subject, covering work regulations and specific methods. It is written for grassroots Party affairs workers, with an emphasis on practicality and operability, making it suitable as a reference for everyday work. Gui Dong's writing is pragmatic and clearly organized, avoiding grand theorizing and instead clarifying the procedures and requirements of Party branch work so that readers can follow them step by step. Since no public record of the author's biography or personal background has been found, it would be inappropriate to speculate about their identity or experience; based only on the existing works, one can confirm a sustained engagement with this subject.
