Yang Jian

Yang Jian is a Chinese author of books on business management. He graduated in 1991 from Minzu University of China with a major in economic management, and has worked at institutions including the Shenzhen Research Institute of Comprehensive Development, Hong Kong Chinese-language publishers, and the Financial Union Group; he is currently deputy general manager of Shenzhen Huaxin Zhiyuan Enterprise Management Consulting. His writing focuses on grassroots management and organizational practice.
