About the author

Li Zhou'an is a Chinese author of management books. Publicly available information about him is limited, and his research and writing focus mainly on organizational management, performance systems, and human resources practice. Three of his works are included in the collection: A Handbook of Organizational Development: Organizational Design and the Organizational Life Cycle, Huawei's Incremental Performance Method, and Foreseeing Human Resources: The Evolution Methodology of HR in the New Era. His writing is practice-oriented, often combining management concepts with operational frameworks, and is suitable for reference by corporate managers and human resources practitioners.
