徐丽松

Xu Lisong: publicly available information is limited. What can currently be confirmed is that two works are listed under this name in the database—Earthly Nourishment and New Nourishment and The Little Prince Trilogy (Duke Classics Library)—with the common category of foreign literature. Judging from these titles, Xu's writing and translation work centers mainly on foreign literary classics, including Gide's prose-poetic Earthly Nourishment and New Nourishment and the presentation of texts related to Saint-Exupéry's Little Prince series. Such material generally calls for care in language transfer and textual understanding, staying close to the original thought and stylistic character while allowing Chinese readers to enter the work smoothly. Because details such as dates of birth and death, nationality, and educational background are not found in the available materials, no speculation is offered here; Xu's editorial and translation style can be further observed through the works mentioned above.
