About the author

Zhang Sen: public information is limited. At present, only three works by this author are known: An Anthology of Animal-Derived Chinese Medicines, A General Introduction to Artificial Intelligence for Primary Schools, and Fun Talks on Robots: A Popular Science Reader on Robots for Primary and Secondary Schools, covering fields as varied as medicine, artificial intelligence, and popular science. Judging from these works, the author balances professionalism with readability: the medical work focuses on organizing knowledge about animal-derived Chinese medicines, while the popular science books are aimed at primary and secondary school students, introducing the basic concepts and principles of artificial intelligence and robots in an accessible way. This cross-disciplinary writing reflects both an attention to traditional medicinal materials and an effort to spread knowledge of emerging technologies among young readers. Because information such as dates of birth and death, nationality, education, and professional experience cannot be verified, no speculation is made here; this note merely outlines the subjects and writing orientation of the works for readers' reference.
