张晚知

Zhang Wanzhi is an author about whom limited public information is available. The library holds five of her works, including Huan Wo Ning Mou, When the Older Sister Meets the Younger Boy, the perfect collector's edition of Tu Nan Zhi, The Ruthless Bandit Hu Fengzhang in Troubled Times, and Fen Qing Jie. Judging from these titles and their common categories, her writing spans youth literature and otherworldly fantasy, showing considerable range: there are youth narratives centered on emotion and relationships, imaginative otherworldly settings, and stories drawing on figures from times of turmoil. The titles and categories suggest that she does not confine herself to a single genre but moves between urban romance, fantasy worlds, and a historical atmosphere. Because details such as her dates of birth and death, nationality, and English name are not clearly recorded, her personal background is difficult to trace. For readers, her works are best approached through their thematic variety and emotional intensity, while more public information is needed to fill out the author's life.
