张宁

Zhang Ning is a Chinese author whose works span a notably wide range of subjects; public information about him is limited, and his nationality, dates of birth and death, and educational background are unknown. The collection includes 22 of his works, covering categories such as culture, medicine, law, fashion, education, and finance. Judging from his representative titles, he has addressed both the translation of foreign pastimes in modern Shanghai—horse racing, greyhound racing, and jai alai—and medical topics including brain tumors, pancreatic cancer, endometrial cancer, and prostate cancer, as well as case records of classical formula practice, English contract drafting and review, and creative origami with modular polyhedra. His writing appears to favor thematic organization and practical guidance, adapting to different readerships; his specific style and influence are difficult to describe in detail given the limited available material.
