小雨

Xiaoyu is an author about whom limited public information is available. Seven works are known under this name, falling mainly into the categories of prose and miscellaneous writings and of inspirational and personal-growth writing. Titles such as Youthful Words, A Record of Life Maxims, A Little Dictionary of Dedications, Selected Dedications in Chinese and English, Famous Quotations, and Campus Dedications show that the writing centers on dedications, maxims, and messages for young people, with some editions offering Chinese-English parallel texts, while Encountering Pingru and Meitang leans toward prose and miscellaneous writing. These works are aimed at campus and young-adult readers and consist mostly of short, polished sentences and pieces suited to excerpting, inscribing, and everyday quotation, giving the author a fairly consistent focus within inspirational and dedication literature. As dates of birth and death, nationality, and an English name are not found in public sources, no personal biography can be given, and readers may come to know this author mainly through the themes and language style of the works listed above.
