宁泽璞

Ning Zepu, born in 1963 in Shuangfeng, Hunan, is a research fellow. He formerly served as director of the Documentation and Information Research Institute of the Hunan Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine and as librarian of the Hunan University of Chinese Medicine, and currently serves as vice president and secretary-general of the Hunan Provincial Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine. He has long engaged in research on traditional Chinese medicine literature and information, the transmission of the academic experience of renowned senior physicians, and journal editing, having led 11 national and provincial-level projects and published 30 works. Six of his works are held in the collection, all in the field of medicine, chiefly the second series of Experience in Prescriptions for Specialized Diseases by National Masters of Chinese Medicine, covering volumes on the kidney system and qi, blood and body fluids, and diseases of the head, body and limbs; gynecological diseases; acupuncture and moxibustion; spleen, stomach, liver and gallbladder diseases; heart, lung and brain diseases; and tumor diseases. These reflect his practical approach of organizing the clinical prescription experience of renowned senior physicians by specialty and disease, providing systematic material for the academic transmission and clinical reference of traditional Chinese medicine.
