刘忠

Liu Zhong, about whom limited public information is available, focuses on medicine, industrial technology and education, with seven works in the library. In blood medicine, he contributed to the Report on Adverse Transfusion Reactions in China (2018–2020), the China Blood Safety Early Warning Report (2023), the Interpretation of Standards for the Use of Whole Blood and Blood Components, and The Legalization of Blood Management, addressing transfusion safety, blood management standards and legal development. In industrial technology, he wrote Practical Hydraulic Transmission and Control Technology, listed as a textbook in the national planning series for innovative applied mechanical talent training at undergraduate institutions, and co-authored a work on radar target recognition of corner reflectors based on ensemble learning. In education, he published Research on Blended Teaching of Junior High School Mathematics Integrating Cognitive Tools. His writing is practice-oriented, combining standardization with applicability.
