About the author

Liu Bin is an author whose works span medicine, law, and finance. Publicly available information about him is limited, and his nationality, dates of birth and death, and educational background are not clearly recorded. Three of his works are currently held in the collection. Huang Yuanyu's Approaches to Medication organizes and explains the prescribing ideas of the Qing dynasty physician Huang Yuanyu, falling within the field of clinical Chinese medicine and medical textual research. A Study of the Legal Paradigm of China's Free Trade Agreements in the New Era examines, from a legal perspective, the rule-building and paradigm evolution of China's free trade agreements. Institutional Innovation: The Hainan Free Trade Port focuses on the institutional design and innovation issues involved in building the Hainan Free Trade Port. Though the three works cover quite different subjects, they share a focus on specialized, practice-oriented, and institutional analysis rather than vague general discussion, making them useful references for researchers and practitioners in the relevant fields.
