刘奔三

Liu Bensan: publicly available information is limited, and no clear record of his identity or career has been found. Judging from the 18 titles held in the database, he has mainly been involved in compiling the "Bloom" series, selected works by winners of the New Concept Writing Competition, covering the 17th, 18th, 19th, and 21st editions, each issued in volumes A and B. These books are anthologies of student writing aimed at young readers and writing learners, gathering representative pieces by competition winners. Their themes include growing up, school life, and youthful experience, with an emphasis on personal expression and literary imagination. Such readers are often categorized under classic works and exam preparation, serving both for reading appreciation and as reference for exam-oriented writing. Liu Bensan's editorial work is thus connected with the display and dissemination of contemporary young people's writing.
