Judging from these books, Leng Hu writes across genres, moving between historical narrative and the inner lives of subjects on the one hand, and commercial analysis on the other, in plain and readable prose. Because biographical details are scarce, the author's identity and background remain unclear, and readers come to know this writer mainly through the works mentioned above.
