Feng Yitong: publicly available information is limited, and at present only one biographical work by this author is known, Zhu Feng: A Biography (New Edition). Judging by its subject, the author focuses on the life and fate of a real historical figure, which places the book in the broad category of biography. Works of this kind usually need to balance the careful use of historical sources with the portrayal of character, respecting verifiable facts while helping readers understand the era in which the subject lived. On the available evidence, Feng Yitong's approach leans toward documentary reconstruction rather than fictional dramatization; the book is intended for readers interested in the lives of modern historical figures and can serve as reading material for understanding the person concerned. Because reliable material about the author's own life, education, and writing career is lacking, no further speculation is offered here; this note merely sketches the author's profile as a writer of biography based on the subject and form of the known work.
