About the author

Ding Gangqiang is a researcher in the field of nutrition and health in China. Publicly available information about him is limited, and his identifiable work centers on resident nutrition surveillance and nutritional intervention. Three of his works are included here, all in medicine: the 2015–2017 China Resident Nutrition and Health Surveillance Report; Assessment of Iron-Deficiency Anemia Prevention and Control and Nutritional Intervention with Iron-Fortified Soy Sauce; and China Resident Nutrition and Health Surveillance Report No. 8: 2010–2013 Behaviors and Lifestyles. Based on large-scale population survey data, these works address dietary and nutritional status, anemia prevention and iron-fortified food intervention assessment, and behavior and lifestyle. They take the form of surveillance reports and evaluative studies, emphasizing data recording and public health application. Written for professional readers, they serve as references for nutrition policy and disease prevention, with a rigorous, evidence-oriented style.
