E伯爵

E Bojue is a Chinese-language genre fiction author about whom little public information is available; six of the author's works are currently included in the collection. Judging from the existing titles, the writing moves mainly between two kinds of material: otherworldly continents and science fiction. The long series The End of the Sky unfolds in separate volumes, whose titles—such as "Land of Shadows," "The Underground Labyrinth," and "The Far West"—suggest a fully built world and an adventure arc, and the reissue of a collector's edition indicates that the series has found a readership. The Stranger was published in the China Science Fiction Cornerstone Series, showing that the author's science fiction has been recognized by genre publishers, while Mr. Glowell and the Dragon, as the title implies, brings in fantasy and nonhuman-creature elements. Overall, E Bojue is skilled at constructing imagined worlds, blending science-fictional imagination into a framework of fantasy adventure, and balancing a serialized grand design with lighter, curious touches of the strange. Because no reliable records of birth and death dates, nationality, or education have been found, no inferences are made here.
